What we collect
When you join the founding list we collect your email address. If you tell us which membership you are interested in, we record that too. That is all we ask for.
Why we collect it
So we can let you know when the founding memberships open, and answer you if you get in touch. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Where your details are kept
Your details are held in Momence, the booking and membership system we use to run Sanctuary. A copy of each signup also reaches Pinpoint Digital, who look after our website and marketing, so they can keep the founding list working.
Emails from us
Joining the founding list means we will email you about the founding memberships and about Sanctuary. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and we will stop.
Seeing, changing or removing your details
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email sanctuarywellnesskapiti@gmail.com and we will sort it out. You do not have to give a reason.
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the reasons above.
Your rights
We handle your details in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. That gives you the right to ask what we hold about you and to have it corrected. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
