No. A place on the founding list does not reserve a founding membership or founding rate. Your founding membership and rate are secured once you complete your membership signup while founding places are still available.
No. The trial is separate from the founding offer and does not hold a founding place.
Some wellness experiences may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or have any concerns about whether a particular experience is appropriate for you, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before booking. Your safety always comes first.
No. Sanctuary is a wellness and recovery space, not a medical clinic. Our team can explain our services and experiences, but we do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings. If your plans change, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, your original founding rate will normally no longer apply and the current membership rate will apply.
Approved membership pauses will not automatically affect your founding rate. Pause limits and conditions may apply.
If a payment fails, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details before your founding rate is affected.
If you change membership tiers, your new membership will be charged at the applicable rate for that tier at the time of the change.
We understand that life happens. In circumstances such as serious illness, bereavement, significant financial hardship or other major life events, Sanctuary may choose to preserve your founding rate or make an exception to these terms at our discretion.
Founding rates are personal to the member, non-transferable and subject to Sanctuary's membership terms and conditions.
Sanctuary is a shared wellness and recovery hub, so most of our services are not individually private. The red light room is the one exception, and that one is private.
